Cannot Send/Reply/Forward Emails
10 days ago- no longer able to move Emails. Worked fine previously (3 years). Incoming mail works perfectly. ISP (COMCAST) had no problems facilatating my efforts, blamed a Browser problem with IE. Outgoing mail works as requested when using Google Chrome. Updated from IE7 to IE8 with hopes that problem would go away but has not helped.

Hi Chuckomusiko: How do send emails, are you using OWA(outlook web app)? What error do you get when you sending an email? Does the issue occurs when you send emails with IE on another machine? If you are using OWA, please refer to this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911829 Thanks, Pengyu Zhao

Don't have a clue what OWA refers to. Having been using Comcast.net and IE for sending and receiving Emails the last 3 years. Worked fine the previous day and still can receive but not send. The New, Reply, Forward process brings up blank windows which never recover until a message about the Browser appears. Does work from another computer and with Google Chrome as the Browser on MY computer. THANKS, Chuckochuckomusiko

Hi, You can follow the below step to reset IE. It would reset Internet Explorer’s settings to their default condition. Your previous configuration may be lost during this process. 1. Launch IE, click Tools icon on the right corner of the browser. 2. Click Internet Options. 3. Click Advanced, and then click Reset button. 4. Click OK. Thanks, Pengyu Zhao
