I'm trying to restrict printing of a document library using IRM in MOSS. Under the IRM settings, if I check the box "Restrict permission to documents in this libary on download" , I am unable to open the document. I only get a blank screen and the Word toolbar. All other users have the same problem. The only I way I can view the document is if I check the option to "allow users to print documents." I have Full permission to the document library. Any ideas?

What client operating system and version of Office are you using?
