Do you want to disable the user in AD, but using ILM 2? Or do you just want to prevent them logging into the ILM portal? I am assuming the former...You should be able to do this if you make two sets: "Enabled Users" and "Disabled Users", and set the dynamic selection appropriately (you will probably need to extend the schema to add an attribute which will indicate the status). Then make a sync run workflow which just updates the userAccountControl attribute in AD.Finally create an MPR which fires when a person moves from "Enabled Users" to "Disabled Users" and runs the workflow. This will just do the disabling - you'll also need a workflow and MPR which do the re-enabling for when the person moves back to the "Enabled Users" set.I think that should do it.Is that what you were looking for?Carolhttp://www.wapshere.com/missmiis

You had another question on reporting. There are no out of the box reports with ILM 2 RC0, and I get the impression there won't be with the final release either - however various partners are working on solutions to export the XML out of the ILM database in a format that can be used for reporting. There should be more resources on this available closer to the release date (2010).Carolhttp://www.wapshere.com/missmiis
