Hello,

I recently have this issue and i have this PC for over 3 years. I am running windows7 64 bit. I try to install flash player and having error 5, so i can not play any flash video on the browser.  Also i tried to  install SublimeText2 and have same issue.  I think it is flash player issue because on my Firefox add-on>shockwave flash would not update.

I was reading around similar issues and tries right click>properties>press unlock, but i still have same problem.How can i fix this?
