Can not connect to config database
"Can not connect to config data base" is the error shown when a site is browsed.The event log in WFE is getting :Event Type: ErrorEvent Source: Windows SharePoint Services 3Event Category: Database Event ID: 3355Date: Time: User: N/AComputer: Description:Cannot connect to SQL Server. not found. Additional error information from SQL Server is included below. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Thanks for your response.even the central admin site is giving the error can not connect to config dbThe account used in app pools is having admin access on the database
