Hi,
Do you mean auto-restart after scheduled Automatic Update installation? Or you want to just force to restart a computer by GPO? If it is the second case, GPO cannot do it. But you can achieve it by the other options. For instance, by shutdown command.

I guess, you can also do this by setting up a deadline for patches. After the patch installation machine will reboot and you can set the time (24 hrs) for this.

As far as I know, you can do this when you approve the patches / updates to the computer group. I forgot the option name as I have worked in WSUS 2 years back.
