Can a pst accessible more than one user at a time.

we are four users and want to have one common pst in server. is it possible in outlook?

As MStoppl mentioned, it cannot be done. Would you please post your real purpose by this?

If you want four user use same pst file, you can import this pst file to each mailbox by Exchange server. For your reference: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff459261(v=exchg.141).aspx
