My customer already have a WSS 3.0 server with SQL 2005 standard. He would like to replicate a small part of the Sharepoint, once a day to another server in a DMZ. This server would have WSS 3.0 and SQL Express. It's it possible and would it be Sharepoint that will do the replication or SQL? Thanks

SQL Express is free - and therefore has plenty of caveats - however if you can use SQL Standard, you will be able to setup SQL log shipping - which potentially will provide you with a similar farm (aka SharePoint Recovery Farm). See: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc288425.aspx Aaron
