SP2 is running fine in many environments already. I would recommend reading the release notes prior to upgrading your sites. Yes you can use the version to upgrade from SP1.Kent Agerlund | http://scug.dk/members/Agerlund/default.aspx | The Danish community for System Center products

Yes, the cilents will need to be upgraded to the SP2 Client via your internal client upgrade policy. They will still function even if not upgraded, so there will be no loss of connectivity while the process happens.http://www.sccm-tools.com http://sms-hints-tricks.blogspot.com

So clients at SP1 will still be able to contact the SP2 level server with no loss of functionality? What can clients that have been upgraded to SP2 do that the SP1 clients can not?I just want to make sure that I still have the ability to push out software updates and software distribution packages to clients that may not be able to be upgraded right awaythanks
