Can I change the default site theme in custom site template?
I am preparing on the site template. And I get some question other than the list view on the public view problem. Could you please advise me how to change the default theme on site definition without coding? I only found a method which needs coding. The coding method: http://xrm.ascentium.com/blog/sp/Post59.aspx Or please kindly let me know if any alternative solution will work. Thanks for any advice or help.

Excuse me, please kindly let me know if it is impossible, or my question is not clear enough for understanding ... even... please let me know if this post should not post on "SharePoint - Design and Customization". Anyway, thank you very much for your attention.

Hi, SharePoint default theme is "Default Theme", and I can modify it in " Site Settings > Site Theme " For example, from "Default Theme" to "Classic". I want to create a new site template, e.g. named "Classic Team Site", once user created a new site by "Classic Team Site" template, the site default theme should be "Classic". How can I do ? Thank you.

Hi, if I understand this right, can you not just create a new site for example a Team Site (with the browser), then turn on the theme "Classic" for this site and then save this site as a template?/CChristian Sthl - www.sharepointdesigners.net

Hi, I may not use the "Save as template STP" to construct the site template. But it's work for worst case. I take more research first, thanks.
