Can't see new User attribute in Visual Studio
Hello, I am new to FIM and have a quick project to do as soon as possible. We have FIM 2010 R2 and the Administrator already created new attributes to the User Type. Now, I want to see those new attributes in Visual Studio when creating new person resource. I only see the stock attributes. Do I have to pull all the FIM .dll files to be able to see these new attributes in Visual Studio? Thanks in advance, rcgneo

No. You need to create the same in your rmPerson class. Bind them and use while creating new person resource.HBB

You can look at the schema for the resource type to determine which attributes bindings exist and add those attributes to the attribute collection prior to the call to create.
