My farm SharePoint 2013 SP1 , OWA SP1 and all server on Windows Server 2012

1 WFE  , 1 APP , 1 OWA , 1 SQL 

I have some problem for can't open word and powerpoint file but file excel I can open and edit.

word File : it show error > Sorry, Word web app can't open this document because the service is busy. Please try again later

I sure I install OWA on separate server. and install farm sharepoint 2013 SP1 for integrate OWA.

PowerPoint File : it show error > Either you"ve lost network connectivity or our server is too busy to handle your request. Please check your network connection and try again later.

I configured OWA in https and follow certificate in this link

How do you configure OWA farm with cmdlet?

New-OfficeWebAppsFarm InternalURL "http://servername" -ExternalURL "http://servername.contoso.com" AllowHttp -EditingEnabled

Have you veryfied if your owa farm was created successfully by the the following url from IE browser?

http://servername/hosting/discovery or http://externalname/hosting/discovery

Now I have done install OWA and Open file.

My solutions : Reconfigure OWA I use https , Expand Memory OWA  , Delete document test and upload new again .

I can open word , excel , powerpoint .
