Can't monitor Certified Network Device CPU, Memory details
Hello, Under SCOM 2012 with RU3 environment, I'm having difficulty in monitoring certified network devices parameters such as CPU, Memory etc. For example, I've added CISCO VPN Concentrator which is shown as Certified in SCOM. I even added the device to "Critical Network Monitoring Group", but it only monitors ports and just shows "Average Response Time". It's not monitoring any further details like CPU, Memory usage etc. The same result for Certified HP Switches too. All of my network devices are listed in Microsoft Certified Network Device list for SCOM 2012. Any further help would be appreciated. Thank you!

What is the model of the device? Are you sure it's supported for advanced monitoring? Not all devices receive the same advanced monitoring.Jonathan Almquist | SCOMskills, LLC (http://scomskills.com)
