Can't edit override after I created it from an alert
Here's my situation- Inside the BizTalk management pack, there is a monitor called Receive Location Availability Monitor. It shows up in my Active Alerts in the Monitoring page when a receive location of a BizTalk application is disabled. I right-clicked on the Alert, select override, then changed the interval from 900 seconds to 15 seconds and saved it under XYZ management pack. I start my receive location on the BizTalk server, and as expected, the alert went away within 15 seconds. Now here's my problem- suppose I want to change this interval to 30 seconds instead. How can I do it? If I go to the Authoring page, I cannot find this Receive Location Availability Monitor anywhere in the Monitors section, nor do I see my override I created in the Overrides section. The only way I can edit this, is if I make the alert show up in my Active Alerts page, then I can right click on it and edit the values. I've downloaded OverrideExplorer, which shows that override I created and have the option of deleting it, but not able to change the override values.

Found the problem. In the Authoring page, I needed to change the scope, because the default scope only include BizTalk Group/Installation/Run Time after installing the BizTalk Management Pack. It didn't include targets like Receive Location, which the Receive Location Availability Monitor belonged to.
