Can't disable advertisements on a new site
Hi. I have recently installed SCCM 2007 R3 on a new HW. I connected it with my SCCM 2007 R2 primary site, so all collections, packages and advertisements where copied over, and after that I released my primary site, and added my new installation as a primary site. I have also updated computer clients, so they now look at a new site. But I have a little problem, I cannot right-click on an advertisement and disable it… Why? If I have a look at the advertisement rights, my admin user do have all permissions… But still it seems that we do have a permissions problem… If I create a new package and adds an advertisement to this, I can right-click and disable.. Any suggestions?

You shouldn't attach sites that are on lower R versions or SP levels, but that should not result in the behavior you are experiencing.Torsten Meringer | http://www.mssccmfaq.de
