Can't delete Site System Server after migrate SCCM2012 R2 to another server

I Move SCCM2012 from one server to another (Site recovery on the new server from Backup).

Database and SCCM were on two diferent servers in the old config.

Database and SCCM is on the same server now (in the new config, after migration).

As a whole all working fine, but I have problem:

1. In the new config, in SCCM setting, I have Site System Server with 3 roles (010 on the screenshot below). This server is not useful and this server does not exist now. Database was on it in the old config.

2. Also, in the new config, I have Primary Site server which has all roles including Databae (04 on the screenshot below):

I can't delete Site System Server (010) because it has 3 roles.

I can't delete any role on this server because delete button is not active on any role:

How I can delete not useful Site System Server (010)?

Hi,

Please try the method in the following blog.

Unable to remove the Component Server Site System Role

You could also try to stop and start SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER service and wait for a while.

I did it, but this not helped:-( Nothing changing.

Hello,

did you ran setup again and did a "site maintenance or reset this site" from the setup menu?

Regards,

Udo

No, after migration and Site recovery on the new server I didn't do it.

Does my current configuration and data is not lost If I do it now?

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.
