The problem occurs each time i create new site and try to Add any Content Type to any List or Document library in this site, that i created ever. When i add Content Type of Sharepoint() it works. If i try to add any Content Type to existing DL or List everything works perfect. The problem started at first time three months ago. What could be the problem? Thanks.

Is your problem in adding a custom content type to a NEW SharePoint site collection or a SPECIFIC site collection? As far as I know, its not possible to share content types between different SharePoint Collections, I get the view that you're trying to add a content type within a single site collection. In "Event Viewer" of Windows i don't see anything. In Sharepoint Logs i can't see anything, but maybe because i don't know what to look for?
