Can't Edit NewForm.aspx

I have been fooling around with Term Sets - got one created - created a custom list to use the set - -

Then, I wanted to customize the 'New' form (in SPD2010), and put in a little text, just under one of the textboxes so the user would know what to do, but I can't seem to be able to edit it.

It seems like, instead of a normal aspx page, it's a ListFormWebPart.

Is there any way to edit one of these?
If so, what am I missing?

Delete the ListFormWebPart and then insert a custom list form.

Convert your list to InfoPath Form and then you can customise as required.

Delete the listFormWebPart?

I'm just now learning about Term Sets - this thing was built using that, automatically.

So how do I use a term set, building my own custom form?

That is a horrible suggestion to use InfoPath.  He will only be able to use the forms if he has SharePoint Enterprise.
