CTool return code = 14

Hello I have SCCM 2007 R2 enverionment. I have problem pushing packges to one of my DP (Secondary site S05).
Package size is above 2 GB.

I get below message
PCK is either missing or corrupted, CTool return code = 14

I can see on server free space is 165 GB on D drive where packageshould get extracted. also C drive has 20 GB free.

I tried below steps but get stuck at same message.
1. Copied PCK from primary and run preload command.
2. Deleted packge from central site (C01). Deleted all PCK, SIG, ICO etc file for that packge on secondary site and repushed next day.

This is working fine for all other DPs except this one. I have same problem with other 4 packges which are of same or more in size

Below is the log from distmgr

Helo Garth,

I think you are taking about folder created at root of drive with "_xxxxxxx.TMP" if that is correct yes, i have cleared all those folders. Actually i do not see any such folder on my D drive where i have SMSPKG$ folder.

It would be more than just your D:\, it would be %temp%, How much free space is on your %temp% drive? Have you clean out the files form it?
