CDS ( Change Data Capture) in SSIS
Is there a built in functionality to do the CDS in SSIS 2005? if not, what is the best way to do this in ssis 2005?

No CDC in 2005 unfortunately, although there will be in 2008. For best results for checking to see if a record exists, if so update, if not insert see http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1211340&SiteID=1
