Buffer underrun protection activated can only write at 600 KBps, instead of 7200 KBps to currnt disc

Hi,

My PC is Desktop with Pentium 3, and RAM of 256MB. Windows XP Professional 32-Bit SP1 installed.

My Optical drive features are::

   Media Type DVD Writer
   Name HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH22NP20
 Availability Running/Full Power
Capabilities Random Access, Supports Removable Media
   Read capabilities CD-R, CD-RW, CD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL
   Write capabilities CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-RAM, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL

   Config Manager User Config FALSE
   Drive F:
   Media Loaded FALSE
   SCSI Bus 0
   SCSI Logical Unit 0

Using Nero Esseantials 7 while burning a disc image file from HDD into a disc, I found that buffer underrun protection activated can only write at 600 KBps, instead of 7200 KBps to currnt disc.

That disc was for Windows XP SP3(32Bit).

My questions are

First:: what do this 'Buffer underrun protection activated can only write at 600 KBps, instead of 7200 KBps to currnt disc' mean?

Second: Why did I face it?

Finally: Why was 'Writing Speed' modified from 7200KB/s into 600

Thakns a lot,

I think there are no other users at this forum other than you. Also,  all what you have been doing is suggeting sites for me instead of replying to my threads here.

If I had wanted to post my questions there, I would have done.

HP Support community didn't solve my problem, although my Laptop is an HP brand.

Also, the Niro wouldn't want to reply.

Could anyone at this splendid froum take some time out and really reply to my ques
