Hi,

In Windows XP when you have sent a broadcast from class A it was received also in smaller clas like class C.

However when sending broadcast from windows 7 from class A it won't be received in Windows 7 in class C.

Is it a security issue that can be change? registry, group policy etc?

As far as I am concerned, this behavior is controlled by the switchboard.

Are these machines in the same subnet?

Please ensure the machines you have tested in the same subnet and then have a test again to have a check.
