Hi,

Please check the similar thread.

"Your global tmp and temp variables have to c:\windows\temp in 2012.  Our server config had them moved to our S drive.  Moving them back to default, rebooting and redeploying the components was successful."

Hello, thanks for the reply.

I had seen that post and checked the variables on both my primary site server and the server that is setup as the site system server (both are on my local lan). On both servers the tmp and temp variable point to C:\Windows\Temp. I tried to put screen shots in here but it told me I could not.

Thanks.

My account has been verified so I can post the screen shots...I thought I should also add some info that I should have included on original post...

The server os on both server is Windows Server 2008 SP2. The version of SQL installed is 2012. SCCM version is 2012 R2 CU5.

As of July this setup worked fine. I cannot determine any changes that happened to affect this. Other than the servers getting Windows updates no other patches have been installed.

Screen shots of temp and tmp paths below:

Let me know if I can give any more info to help

Thanks.

This issue has been resolved.

Called Microsoft today. The permissions where not set correctly on our management point website. After correcting these permissions and doing a site reset we are good.
