Hi Mridul,
There are many articles in TechNet library about details for Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2013:
Exchange 2010
https://technet.microsoft.com/library/bb124558%28v=exchg.141%29?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396
Exchange 2013

Additionally, Exchange Team Blog would update the latest Exchange information and helpful materials:

Hi Mridul,
Here are some good video resources from Microsoft:
www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com/product-training/exchange
Target for the Certification Exams, it will give good list of startup activities.
Hi Winnie
I follow these articles but I was looking for a full fledged hard copy of a book which I can buy and go on with.
hi satyajit,
These video resources are good but I prefer reading material more that's y was looking for them.

Exchange 2010
Practical guide:
Exchange 2010 Sp1 - A Practical Approach
More detailed:
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Best Practices
I have both of the above.
I do not have either of these but given the ratings (and for the first, the excellent reputation of Tony Remond), they would be worth considering:
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Inside Out
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Administration Instant Reference
*
I put links to Amazon so you can see the reviews. Of course, you can purchase from whatever book seller you want.
Exchange 2013
For a very detailed presentation, I would go with the "Inside Out" series.
Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Inside Out Mailbox and High Availability (Tony Remond)
Otherwise:
Pro Exchange Server 2013 Administration (Expert's Voice in Exchange) (Jaap Wesselius)
- Note reviews - apparently a number of typos. I have no doubts about mastery of subject matter though
The books by David Elfassy and Mike Pieffer (for PowerShell - 2010 and 2013) should be good also.
thanks david for the detailed list.
I went with the Microsoft press as it was shinning out from the rest in term of reviews.
Regards.
thanks will look into the series
Regards
