Blog post: Implementing a Windows 7 Steady State by utilizing differencing VHDs files and the “Boot from VHD” feature
Hi all, I have implemented a solution that allows the creation of a Windows 7 "Steady State". It is based on the use of differencing VHDs and the "Boot from VHD" feature of Windows 7. The link is: http://blogs.technet.com/b/panosm/archive/2011/01/23/implementing-a-windows-7-steadystate-by-utilizing-differencing-vhds-files-and-the-boot-from-vhd-feature.aspx Have a look at it and provide feedback if you wish. Thanks, Panos
