in a intranet sharepoint farm in event viewer i found many errors from

Object Cache: The super reader account utilized by the cache does not have sufficient permissions to SharePoint databases

when i check in ULS logs i found below errors from web content management

Blob cache : RewriteUrl failed with exception The Web application

at http://intranet.xxx.gov.local/Style Library/Images/ssjq/slidedeck.jquery.js could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application..   Stack Trace

at Microsoft.SharePoint.SPSite..ctor(SPFarm farm, Uri requestUri, Boolean contextSite, SPUserToken userToken)

 at Microsoft.SharePoint.SPSite..ctor(String requestUrl)

at Microsoft.SharePoint.Publishing.BlobCache.RewriteUrl(Object sender, EventArgs e, Boolean preAuthenticate). We will let WSS handle this request.

when i try to add superuer and superreader users using powershell i faced the issue like administrator users can not able to login to intranet applicaton.

So superuser and superreader accounts are not configured. When you try to configure them you are locked out of the application and are unable to authenticate with any account.

That is normally caused by users being added as super user and super reader without the proper prefix for a claims based identity. Ie. you probably added the user as 'CONTOSO\UserName' rather than 'i#0:Contoso\Username' (note prefix is probably wrong on this one too)
