Best Presentation Plan to Migrate Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013

Dears,

Recently we decided to migrate our exchange 2010 SP1 to exchange 2013 VM's, I need to make PowerPoint presentation to show the plan before implementing, I have to show in my presentation my plan for example, show how is our current environment and next environment how to be, for example the best practices how many servers do we need? Do we need separate CAS servers or in same server, currently we have two physical exchange servers clustering, kindly any good idea and advice will be appreciate.
