Hi Support,

I am using outlook 2013 as an IMAP account.If i click on any email,i am not able to see the reminder of Bell icon in outlook 2013.

I have tried by clicking the email on right hand side to check the bell icon.It is missing.

Please refer all the below screenshots attached for your reference.

Pls. look into it and do the needful.

Hi,

This is the expected behavior. When you are using an IMAP account, you do not have the option to set a custom Follow Up Flag with a reminder. This is a limitation of the IMAP protocol itself which doesnt support reminder flags.

As a workaround, you can drag and drop the message on a Tasks folder or create a Quick Step to turn a message into a Task with reminder without losing the actual message itself.
