Hi KSDN, Thank you for your response. Not only multiple upload, but many common functionalities does not work. Additionally both Single and Multiple upload works for other clients with various other IE+OS combinations. So I would not consider making any changes to my Server.Regards Nikhil

Nikhil, Did we try to open the site with Firefox and then try to upload the document ("Upload multiple documents" option will be unavailable in firefox) If that works, i would then reset IE (Start--> Run--> inetcpl.cpl-->Advanced tab and then select reset). Are you able to open the library in explorer view? Thanks, Satyam Live life king size

Hi Styam, Thank you for the reply. I am not sure about the explorer view thing, I would ask. I would try this on Monday (as the problem is with endusers they are not available over the weekend). I would come back with results.Regards Nikhil

Hi Nikhil, Did you have any proxy settings in IE? Or did you have ever edited the upload.aspx? Here is a KB article talking about this issue, you can refer to it: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;305059 Hope this helps. Thanks, Pengyu Zhao

Nikhil, Quick Question:- The issues which you see, do you see this on HP Laptops? With respect to the issues please try the below: 1) Make sure that a service called web client is running (is in started state) on the computers (Start-->Run-->services.msc and look for a service called web client) this should resolve the "view in explorer view" 2) Run Microsoft Office diagnostics. 3) Compare the Activex setting between the computers (once which is working normally and one which is not). 4) Last but not lease, try to install Silverlight. which should provide you a different view to upload documents. Let me know if that helps SatyamLive life king size
