Basic RunAs Profile Security Question
Hi
Adding to what Graham said, there is great blog from Kevin on this as well

I've been running SCOM without many RunAs Profiles configured to a specific RunAs Account. RunAs Profiles such as Notification Account, MPUpdate Action Account, SQL Server Discovery Account, WS-Management Action Account, and many others do not have
any accounts specified (just blank). What account are they using by default? SCOM appears to be running fine.

Hi
This gives a list of the out of the box run as profiles and which accounts are used:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb735423.aspx
As you can see - not all will require Run As Accounts e.g. notifications only need a run as account if the SMTP server requires authentication in which case you can then specificy a suitable run as account/
