how do I fix this? I've run Windows update and am all up to date. is there a setting to change this? Help!

From my experience with Windows 10 over the last six months, every time a new build is installed, the video is all messed up.  The output is not shown at crisp 1 pixel:1 pixel, the font sizes are all wrong.  I just clean installed Windows 10 from an ISO, and Chrome came out with tiny fonts and IE came out with huge fonts. 

The solution to the above has been consistent: just reboot a few times.  It's unscientific, but it works so far.

I would like to collect a screenshot for better understanding the issue. Whether the issue occurs on specific application or all applications including Explorer?

In the meantime, is it an English system?

This should be related with additional language packs, if we have installed any, please uninstall to check.

By the way, to fix system files missing or corrupted, run the following two command:

Sfc /scannow;

Dism /Online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
