I'm connected to internet but my connection to i.answers.microsoft.com 82.178.158.24 is not good.

Please help me.

Hi hsadry,

I have tried to both ping 195.2.25.29 and tracert 82.178.158.24.
The connection is bad or even worse than yours .

As far as I kown ,there are so many connections to be resolved at the same time and the server will respond a little slow ,it is a normal symptom .
Fortunately ,all the packages have been resolved and it won`t affect our surfering experience .

Will the issue occur all the time ?Can we open the other websites correctly ?

According the reply you posted before ,it seems that we won`t lose package all the time .

We can try to open the http://answers.microsoft.com website from other browser like Internet Explorer to have a check .

Website problem is now solved.

But packet loss problem on 82.178.158.24 is remaining. In all of my posts, this packet loss is visible.

The server that has not any packet loss, is: 195.2.25.29 so my internet connection is good.

I have problem in 82.178.158.24
