With that screenshot we do not have enough information for finding a probable cause.

Please check Event logs to see if any error occurs.

Also we have log files for DPM. Please refer to log files below to see if any specific error occurs - you can rename existing log files, redo a backup to get a fresh log.

The first thing we need to help look closer at this is the error in DPM.  You can go to the monitoring tab and in the Alerts section, click on critical.  You should be able to see the failure to backup to tape there.  Highlight that one and then copy the "Details" section in the bottom pain.  That is the best starting place as it will tell us the exact error.
