I'm new to sharepoint. I have installed sharepoint 2013 in my company. Now I need to know how to get a backup in sharepoint (Sites,Databases,Configurations, all the stuff...etc)

You can make a backup through the Central Admin Portal.

Go to the Central Admin Dashboard:

Choose between the 2 types of backup, either full SharePoint backup or only a Site Collection

Full SharePoint backup:

Only 1 Site Collection backup:
