BSOD while verifier turned on code c9

Hi,

I gotten this BSOD message when I had my verifier turned on to check on something. The reason why I had my verifier turned on was because initially I had gotten a BSOD related to NDIS.sys which is my network driver. I had already ran SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
but it is reported ok.

I am attaching relevant dump files within, hopefully you could narrow it down and let me know what is going and what is causing the BSOD with suggestions so that I could have it removed. I have added in the core dump zip file on my skydrive. Hopefully you can advice me what is causing this problem.

The zip file is 081915-45833-01.zip
