Is it possible to call a subreport after a group using an IIF statement? If so, how should it look?Earl Guilmenot

Sure. Add the subreprt to the group footer in a table data region. If I've not fully understood your question, please post with more details and background.*Please vote if helpful* Paul Turley, MVP [Hitachi Consulting] SQLServerBIBlog.com

I am trying to set it up in the group footer. however, I have several subreports to run conditioned by the contents of the field the group is based on. Such as: if group field = A run subreport A if group field = B run subreport B So I was trying to figure out how to do this in an IIF expression for the group, if possible. I hope this makes sense and thank you for your help.Earl Guilmenot

Hi, As you tried, if we add a Subreport to the group footer, we can only configure it to point to a static report. I’m afraid this is a product limitation. However, one possible workaround is to add all subreports to the group footer, and then set the Hidden property of each report to IIf expressions based on the current group. After that, only the corresponding subreport could be displayed for each group.
