Hi all.

I deployed Azman in member server with Windows 2003 and the Authorization Store is ADAM (the adam is another member server with Windows 2003).  Both servers are member of AD Windows 2003.

I want to upgrade my AD from Windows 2003 to Windows 2012 R2 and configure the domain and forest level to windows 2012. I want to known if I need to do something with Azman servers after migrating my AD to Windows 2012 R2.

Yes, i would agree with others.

AzMan has been deprecated on windows server 2012R2. I am not sure if you could use the AzMan after the migration, but you could use it after you install the server 2012r2.
