I need to upgrade from SP1 to SP2. The Site server has R2 installed. I would like to install R3 and SP2 at one time but at this time I am limited to just installing SP2 (don't ask - politics). After installing SP2 without R3 I would need to upgrade all the clients to version 4.00.6487.2000. correct? Then at a later time (maybe months) I am planning on installing R3. Would I need to revisit all the XP workstations once again and install the latest client? or is the R3 just for the Site systems? Thanks
