Automatically connecting to a Sharepoint RSS Feed througth GPO
Hi, I'm wondering if you can help me. we have a requirement that all members of the domain should have an RSS feed to announcements we post on sharepoint within Outlook 2007. I know it is possible view the list within Outlook 2007 as I have managed to connect to it by selecting it in sharepoint. However how can I set the group policy to always connect to is for my users. I understand the GPO asks for a feed:\\ url. So in my example "https://locallan.com/_layouts/listfeed.aspx?List=%7B16F887FA%2D2D2F%2D4547%2D87B7%2DB1ED3EB167FB%7D" brings up the RSS feed. Should be "feed://locallan.com/_layouts/listfeed.aspx?List=%7B16F887FA%2D2D2F%2D4547%2D87B7%2DB1ED3EB167FB%7D However this doesn't seem to work. I have looked all over the internet, but there doesn't seem to be an answer to this. How to I properly connect to a sharepoint RSS feed from outlook using GPO. Many thanks Kevin HalsteadKevHal
