Hi Jazeel KK Can you give us more information ? Have you extend Active Directory Schema ? Do you use SCCM in native mode ? I couldn't find clientlocations.log

SMSSITECODE=CM1 This site code is appearing in the sccm client. But when I click Discover, it returns error. Now I have created the AD boundary also. Before i have created only the IP address range. Is it necessary to have the active directory boundary? Thanks JAZEEL

A client can belong to only one boundary. So you can't create the boundary for the AD Site (containing IP address range) and a boundary fo the IP Address range. Moreover, for me it's better to use AD Site to define your boundaries but it's my personnal feeling. We can see in log that the client get his site code and his management point. But it appears that he has a problem to contact his management point. Can you ping your management point ? The management point seems to work fine, because the client registration is working ("RegTask: Client is registered"). I m installing through the collections. Not automatic client installation. And also I have installed server locator point.

why are you installing through the collections? cos if you were using automatic client push it would specify the site they would be deployed to. Also, are the clients assigned to the site already?

I think that installing client manually allow him to control client deployment. I use this methodology too.
