We have several departments, and every user in each depts gets access to several Security Groups, I need to automate that when a user is transferred into another department FIM should delete all the previous groups and assign new group , the change can be detected by change in users Dept or Division How do I do this in FIM 2010 ???/

If the groups are dynamic groups, then it will automatically happen when the attribute is updated... If they are static groups, then you are going to need to write a custom workflow to remove/add the user to groups. You may need to have an attribute added to the groups object (like dept) to determine which groups the person should be added/removed from.Eric
