Automatic Client Upgrade problems with CU1
Since we have the Automatic Client upgrade feature enabled, we were presented with the new option for including the Cumulative Update 1 as part of the Automatic Upgrade feature which was only available for major client upgrades before CU1. This
feature at first seemed to work fine, creating the Upgrade Task in the Task Scheduler and upgrading the clients without any problem but soon we realized the clients continued to re-run the client update everyday thereafter. Of course since the clients are
already at the CU1 version (5.00.8239.1203), the installer realizes that quickly and returns an Exit Code=0 but again, this happens every day on every client that was upgraded via the Automatic Upgrade feature. I have since turned this feature
off and went back to using a standard deployment which I know is a better method anyway since you can monitor the deployment status but I thought I would still ask around to those who also enabled the Automatic client upgrade feature, if they
are seeing the same thing?

I decided to open up a case with PSS since my other two SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 CU1 environments were doing the same thing and I was just notified by the support engineer they were able to reproduce this same problem on several of their test environments
so this case is being escalated very quickly so I'm sure you will all hear more about this bug very soon.
