Hello Mukesh,

Good Day....

Autodiscover will configure the following services within outlook:

  • Out Of Office
  • Outlook Address Book
  • Unified Messaging
  • Availability Service (Free Busy)
  • Exchange Control Panel

Please check if Public folder has been properly replicated. Also you can follow the below article

Regards,

Praveen

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for your reply, I used the mentioned method, all the settings perfectly placed, But I think there is some issue in Autodiscover.

Don't know exactly, but when I test Email-Autoconfiguration, it stuck on srv record lookup for mydomain and ask the password and keeps prompt for 3-4 times and then fail.

Error is 0x800408DD, something like that.

Need your assistance.

Thanks

Hello Mukesh,

Prompting for credentials might be the public folders are still pointed to the old server Exchange server 2003.

Did u tried the Test-OutlookWebservices if yes, what is the result.

Did u get an event ID realted to Autodiscover in the evenviewer -> application logs

Also you can follow the below article
