Auto reply email before changing email domain

Hi, 

Currently we are using Exchange 2010 Server.

We are going to use Office365 and also use new email with new domain.

How can i setup, that when external email is send to us, every email client will send and auto replies that "we are going to change to new email address....." something like that.

The one you requested is normally a client only rule which you can set only from outlook and will run only when outlook is open.
You can create a server rule to append disclaimer saying that "Our company email address is changed from x.com to y.com". So all the emails going out will have this disclaimer and make the "set as reply" address to the new one.

I suggest you keep both the domains for couple of months.
Or you can create an article/user guide on how to create an autoreply when someone send an email to old domain.

Example

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where my name is in the To or CC box
have server reply using "Thank you for your email! My email address is changed from x@x.com to x@y.com......"

I discourage setting server rule for this. Please check these as well
