Hi, I need an Outlook Sharepoint calender two way auto sync. I would like the client to be able to look at my calender in Sharepoint and find an empty spot that works for both of us and schedule me to work on their computers at that specific time. The challenging part of the Outlook share point sync is that I don't want my clients to see the details of my calender in Sharepoint. When my clients look at my calender in Sharepoint all my appointments should be grayed out and provide no information. Finally I want to leave my clients with no opportunity to schedule me if i have any preexisting appointments in Sharepoint.

That is not possible in the current implementation of SharePoint/Outlook sync. You'd have to do something with custom event handlers etc.I trust that answers your question... Thanks C http://www.cjvandyk.com/blog
