You can associate 'Posted To' param's default value to 'Get values from query'. Create a dummy dataset, connect to some sql datasource and select the value of 'PostedFrom' and assign that o/p to value field in 'posted To'. This should work.

Got it, In parameters list go to auto populating parameter field and then select parameter properties -> go to Default Values and in that select Specify values and in "fx" button click the parameter values which you want to populate. Thats it.Dotnet.Explorer
