Hi Guys, I've got a strange little problem with the maintenance mode, I've got a server in maintenance, and I still receive an alert for it, and as first status in the history tab, I've got "Auto-resolving alert : entity in maintenande mode." No trace of the event "Alert Activated by the System" as for the other alerts. Did you already have this case ? A alert for a server into maintenance mode, with as fist action in the history tab "Auto-resolving alert : entity in maintenande mode." ? This can happen if the agent is in maintenance mode, but another agent generates an alert on behalf of the agent in maintenance mode. The proxy agent doesn't konw the other agent is in maintenance mode. The central environment does and closes the invalid alert.
