I just wanted to see what audit and reporting tools others use for FIM. Would like to know the good and bad of what your using. thanks in advance...Opper ...don't stop.

I achieved a basic reporting requirement by flowing users, groups, orgunits and web sites (the latter two being custom resource types) into a SQL server database and running reports against this using SSRS.

FIM 2010 R2 should have more built-in reporting/auditting capabilities. Ofcourse that's not an RTM product. But depending on where your project is, it might still be in time...
