Attribute on MV object not going to CS object
I've got a problem where a required attribute for an AD LDS management agent is not making its way to the CS object, and thus not being exported. I get a "cd-error" - "an attribute is missing" error message on export. The attribute "manager" is present in the MV object, is present in the outbound sync rule for the ADLDS MA but I'm confused as to why it's not making it to the CS object. Any ideas where to look on this? Here's some screenshots. Sorry they don't show much, but it should give you an idea. ^ manager attribute not in CS object

Are the managers also in the connector space? When importing or exporting reference attributes you need both the object, and the object being referred to.http://www.wapshere.com/missmiis

Ooops, no, the manager wasn't. My bad, we're changing the scope of our user import from ad and adlds, so whilst this test admin user was in FIM, it wasn't in the connector space as it doesn't exist in the container we're tying the ADLDS ma to. Thanks :) A subsequent issue I came across and resolved from this was trying to push a MVA manager attribute into a SVA ADLDS attribute.
