Attaching Files - Web Based Mail - Prompts Windows Dialog - Pointing to an Internal IP
I am writing from a public library in hopes someone can help me. We use SteadyState on our public computers and have recently seen a weird issue with folks trying to attach files in Yahoo Mail. Folks will begin to compose a new mail, click to attach the file, browse, select, and then a grey box comes up that says: Connecting to 192.xxx.x.xx - which happens to be a file server on the network. Username Password Of course our patrons do not have access to this server, nor do we want them to. You never can actually attach the file. This ONLY happens on machines running SteadyState. Any ideas? Thanks, Chad
